After SquareEnix decides once again to make JRPGs, Lusipurr and SiliconNooB discuss the death of franchises and conclude that, living in the best of all possible worlds, the expiration of Castlevania and Mega Man were necessary for Flappy Bird to succeed.
Lusipurr has a few gin and tonics and, joined by his even more Australian co-panelist–SiliconNooB–he decides to take the industry to task. The job proving more difficult than intended, Blitzmage is called into the effort, which is mostly a rant.
The events of E3 (Wednesday) – Featuring: Nintendo throw a mediocre 3DS conference, and it is revealed that Konami will be sticking with an ambient orchestral soundtrack for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate.
The PlayStation Network version of Castlevania Harmony of Despair is available along with free DLC which is included with the game.
