It's nice that Ubisoft is supposedly working on stuffing AC: Unity with NPCs and next-gen graphics, but that really ignores all the problems with the series. Having mountains of NPCs on-screen means nothing if they are as bland as the NPCs in Black Flag. Of course, the NPC issues are really a distance second to the other gameplay issues the series has.

That’s a nice gesture, I suppose. But as you probably well know, Lcom will never run ads.

Also, Ubisoft may be coming under a lot of fire lately but they deserve it. I’m still noticing a lack of Activision news around the internet. Kotick has been keeping himself wisely quiet for a while now.

Shadows of Mordor is the evolved form of Assassin's Creed. Why would anyone want to continue playing that moribund series, now that there's a progressive alternative? "He implied that MS is making them lock the framerate on PC too." Microsoft and Ubisoft evidently deserve each other. "The Xbone GPU is shit. This is a well known quantity, and is part of the reason that so few Xbone games are capable of running at native resolution." Gettin' to it now! "Developers should hope that Microsoft’s cloud is able to become viable" It is as viable as a real cloud is. From a distance, it appears huge and substantial and massive and imposing and then, when one gets up close to it, one discovers that, in fact, it's just a bunch of fucking fog.
