But then again Western devs have their own shitty habits and would likely miss the point of what makes these things special.

If there’s a major problem with Japanese development, it’s their seeming inability to know or care about what happens outside their own little world and that their products are internationally beloved.

As for Western devs, they enjoy catering to the lowest common detonator.

Therefore they seem unable to differentiate between where they should stick to their guns and where they should learn to adapt.
