Can you give 5 star reviews without giving iTunes a credit card #? I don’t want to buy anything from Apple, iTunes making my DVD drives disappear from Windows is payment enough, but I would like to say MAP is pretty rad.

I want to point out who is going to win this contest, and that is me, THE UNDERDOG. Because Underdogs, always win.

Oh and as a shameless bonus for siliconn00b, he refered me to the site via a catfancy sig thread, so there’s 1 vote for him.

The sad part is I’ll likely never know how many people I’ve referred to the site, I just have the link in my CatFancy sig.

May I tentatively say that I have referred my friend very recently to the site, (as in yesterday) despite myself being fairly new also?

@Lusi – will this really work? I don’t mean to be a downer but it seems really easy to cheat.

@Breaka: Did you not listen to the podcast carefully?
I can see your IP address and I can get details on any official wordpress account, which all referrals have to be from.
If you cheat, I will almost certainly know. Even if you try to redirect your IP all around the world, I’ll still have information I can use to identify you.

@EvilPaul: You just need an account with Apple in order to leave reviews. You do not need your credit card on file with them to create said account.

The reason for this is that you need an account to download anything from the iTunes store, including free iPhone apps, &c.

    - I’d LOVE to see a game company announce a huge game would be out tomorrow.

    - I like Impulse, they occasionally have some really great sales. For the most part, though, if I’m going to get a digital game, and the prices are all equal, I’m going to get it through Steam. That being said, I’m always in favor of more competition in any given field, so I hope some of these other services start to get a little bit more traction. Just not Direct2Drive. That service needs to evolve or die.

@Darth: I agree about the game company announcement. It’s just about never been done, and it would be the height of hilarity to see it happen and the ensuing mad rush.

I just want to make it clear that though I am almost always joking around, I wasn’t joking when I said that if I catch anyone cheating I would permanently ban them and publicly shame them.

    -Next LoZ starring CatLink confirmed!

-I’m pretty sure everyone bought their Wii for Wii Fit.

-I think Mario will outsell MW2.

-Every time I hear Ginia say Mario I die a little bit inside …

-Talking about arbitrary player deaths, I had a ton of them during the Cat and Mouse level of Uncharted 2; if you start running in a direction that the game doesn’t want you to go in Nate will just drop dead.

-Every time Ginia says Trine I die a little bit also …

And now my play-by-play response to SN’s play-by-play response!

If Zelda Train Conductor also includes CatLink, I’m done with the series.

If you own a WiiFit, it is legal for passers-by to hit you with cudgels.

    Mario will outsell MW2.

    Bloody Canadians!

Wait, there’s a way to make Nate drop dead? Tell me more.
